This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") constitutes a binding agreement between CFunded and you, the user. The Refund Policy defines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be processed. By accessing or using CFunded's Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. Please review it carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities when using CFunded's Services.
Fees paid for participating in the Trading Challenge or accessing related Services are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
All sales of Services made through CFunded are final and non-refundable if the user fails to complete both evaluation phases of the Trading Challenge.
If a user is flagged as "high risk" by our payment processors, CFunded may request additional documentation or information. Users must provide the requested documentation within 24 hours to retain access to CFunded's Services.
Failure to comply with the request within the timeframe may result in the revocation of Services.
Submission of the requested information does not guarantee reversal of the "high risk" status, and the user may still be deemed ineligible for Services.
Users may receive a full refund of their challenge fees upon the successful completion of both evaluation phases of their selected CFunded Crypto Proprietary Trading Challenge (CPTC) level. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
A user who enrolls in the Starter Level with a fee of $99 and successfully completes both evaluation phases will be eligible for a full refund of the $99 challenge fee.
Refunds are not provided if the user fails to meet the objectives or does not comply with the criteria during the evaluation stages.
